How do I return an item?

Return Guideline Step by Step:

1. Send us a return request via our email refund@livinofficiallyuk.com with subject titles “return request”. Include the order number and the reason for your return within the email.

2. We will then send you a return shipping label via the same email address that you sent your original return request. (Please note: a flat return rate fee applies £4, please see second paragraph under return policy).

 3. We will notify you once we have received and evaluate your return We will send you an email to let you know whether your return was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund the amount stated to your original payment method. The process of return and refund can take up to 3 weeks or earlier based on your circumstances.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14 working day return policy. That is, you must return your item within 14 working days of received from the courier service. That means, once the order has been scanned as delivered which includes weekends and holidays. There will be a flat return rate charge of £4 that will automatically be charged to the customer once the return is being confirmed. For example. If the customer refund total was £20. They will only receive £16 refund.   

To be eligible for a return and refund, all items being returned must be in same condition that you’ve received it. All items must be unworn, no stains (makeup , sweat marks etc.) with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must have your order number or receipt for proof of purchase.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, In some countries. Shipping charges will vary. Please note that all customs duties and clearance charge are to be paid by the recipient and not my by LIVIN OFFICIALLY.

How do I track my order?

You  will receive your confirmation email with your order and tracking number.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders will be dispatched in 3 working days and delivered between 5-7 working days after being dispatched. We will email you once your item is dispatched. Please allow up to 10-14 working days to get your order during busy periods. If you haven't received your order within 14 working days (which is unlikely) Please contact us directly via email immediately.

What are your delivery options?

Currently, we are using Royal Mail to ship all orders.

First class and second class available and may vary.

I'm ordering from outside of the UK. Are there any customs and duties with my order?

All internatioal shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subjected to such import taxes, customs duties and fees,which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fullfilled by the recipient.
